Fit and Fall Proof™ Exercise Program

This exercise program is for people who want to improve their balance, strength, and mobility; the exercises are low-impact and can be done standing or while sitting in a chair. Classes are available in the following areas, click the banner below:

Good nutrition, physical activity, and a healthy weight are all essential parts of a person’s overall health and well-being. Together, these can help decrease a person’s risk of developing serious health conditions, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. A healthy diet, regular physical activity, and maintaining a healthy weight also are paramount to managing health conditions so they do not worsen over time.It’s our mission to help our community eat healthy, do something active every day, and maintain a healthy weight.
