Camas Senior Center

About Us

Our mission is to serve as a hub and focal point for seniors and a community center for all residents of Camas County.

We want to complement existing services through strong partnerships and collaborations with the City of Fairfield, the Library, Camas County, our great schools, our churches, the VFW and other organizations in the community.

We promote activities and programs that enhance and support the mental, physical, and social health of those aged 50+, whether retired or still working, as well as classes and workshops that the rest of our our community can enjoy at any age.

We have a great time at The Center!

Come join us!

Halley Schibel, Kitchen Manager

Halley Schibel and her husband, Jenkin, left the wet Willamette Valley three years ago and moved to Corral, looking for a new home and a little land where they could spread out. Halley says cooking has been an important part of her life. Managing food allergies taught her to be creative while making great meals. She loves cooking part time at The Center because it lets her meet people from all over the community while still leaving time to tend her chickens and do projects around their property.
